PLIED ENDLESS: Used on belts with multi- plied construction. All belts are hot vulcanized endless to assure a strong sanitary joint.

PLIED PREPARED ENDLESS: The laps are prepared ex- actly and protected from the elements for your use. The belts can be hot or cold vulcanized in the field.

FINGER SPLICED: Used primarily in the thermo plastic style belt- ing. Fingers will vary in length and design de- pending on belt style. The splice is almost in- visible when completed.

SKIVED: Used on some PVC belt- ing and most all nylon core belting. Belts can be made endless or pre- pared for field splicing.

LONGITUDINAL SPLICING: Most all belts can be made to unlimited widths. Style of splice per width is determined by style of belt.

HOLE PUNCHING: All belts can be hole punched for elevator buckets or vacuum appli- cations.

PULLEY LAGGING: Pulleys can be com- pletely lagged in or fac- tory or we can supply all the materials needed for you to do the job.

COVERED BELTS: All flat, timing and vee belts can be covered with pure gum, neoprene or rough top surface.

VEE GUIDE: Can be hot molded to al- most any belt listed. Guide can be molded to the top or bottom and notched if needed.

FLANGES: Belt can have molded gum drops or vee guides on each edge to stop product spillage.

FLEXIBLE WALL: Corrugated walls can be added to most belts and can be made of SBR, neoprene, PVC or white BUNAN. Check factory for wall heights and minimum pulleys.
